Model Alanna Panday recently got engaged to her long-time boyfriend Ivor McCray. The couple was holidaying in the Maldives when McCray went down on one knee and popped the question. Alanna, who is the cousin of Bollywood actor Ananya Panday, shared the news about her engagement on social media.

"2 years ago today, I met this amazing human at a Halloween party. He made me laugh so much that night my jaw hurt. Everything else seems pretty blurry but all I can remember was how happy he made me," she wrote in the caption of her post which also contained a picture of her and McCray kissing on a white sand beach.
Panday further revealed that they had moved in together three months into knowing each other. "I think it was because he made a foreign country feel like home. I never felt homesick when I was around him," she added.
She went on to thank her fiance for cooking Indian food when she missed home, for making her laugh when she felt low, and for showing her how to love unconditionally. "You are my perfect other half and I love you more and more every day," Alanna wrote concluding her post.
